Ranthambore has been the former hunting ground for Maharajas of Jaipur. Now this forest area has become the center of attraction for wildlife tourists and so every year thousands of tourists visit to enjoy the tiger sighting. During the safari, you may spot the tiger at a water source while drinking water or taking care of their babies.
Along with tigers, other animals like Nilgai, deer, sambhar, hyenas, leopards, jackals, jungle cats, chinkara, black bucks, langurs, wild boar, yellow bats, chital etc. can be spotted. You can also enjoy the bird watching here as some local and migratory birds can be witnessed.
